The user account you have created for DIDB is personal and cannot be shared with anyone within your company nor outside. If a colleague needs access to DIDB, they will need to create their own personal DIDB account.
Starting January 2022, we are instituting a password expiration policy for personal accounts. You can check when your password will expire by viewing your profile. On this page you can also change your password at anytime.
If your password has already expired, or you cannot sign in to DIDB, you can reset your password. This password reset requires you have access to the email account associated to the DIDB account.
If you or colleagues have any questions regarding your organization DIDB license agreement and/or your organization DIDB credentials, please contact us.
